At first impressions, Ashaf is a rather suspicious looking individual, though at least he knows it. He’s tall (188cm/6'2") and has a handsome face with delicate features, but his personal style is what makes him stand out. Though he’s always wearing well-tailored suits, his personal style otherwise is definitely “goth”. His brows are shaved, he’s always wearing dark eyeshadow and eyeliner, and his right ear has multiple piercings for a chain earring. Oh, and he’s usually toting around a coffin on his back. Don’t mind that. It’s definitely a striking look.
Professionally, Ashaf is a powerful mage employed by an organization called The Order of Magical Resonance. In his world, magic is commonplace, and the Order is a neutral organization that resolves mysteries of magic-related troubles. For example, determining the cause of rogue undead attacking people or collecting magical artifacts that are too dangerous to be used. Additionally, they also track down Witches, who are the most powerful users of magic. The goal is always to convince a Witch to join the Order, but if they’re violent, this doesn’t always work. Ashaf is particularly motivated to find Witches, since his partner Guideau has been cursed by a Witch.
